We collect information needed to process orders, deliver purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud and improve the store. This can include your name, contact details, delivery and billing address, order history, device and browser information, site activity and communications with us. Payments are processed by Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout; we do not receive your complete payment-card details.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the store working, remember preferences, understand site use and support checkout. Your browser can limit cookies, although parts of the store may then work differently.

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the store, such as Shopify, payment processors, delivery carriers, hosting and analytics providers, professional advisers, or when required by law. Some providers may process information outside Australia under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer service, legal, tax, fraud-prevention and record-keeping purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
