Returns and refunds

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery by emailing adam@mere404.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in original condition and securely returned in their original packaging. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it is accepted. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact adam@mere404.com with your order number and photographs. We will provide the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. This policy does not exclude or limit consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Because each piece is hand-finished, small variations in line, tone and surface are expected and are not faults.
