These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with mere404.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we cannot complete the order.

Product dimensions are approximate because each piece is hand-finished. Small variations in line, tone and surface are expected. Product photographs are prepared carefully, but screens and lighting can affect how colour and texture appear.

You are responsible for providing accurate order and delivery information. Risk in physical goods passes on delivery. Title passes when payment is received in full.

The website and its photographs, text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to mere404. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Our shipping, returns and privacy policies form part of these terms.
