Shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Tracked express shipping is A$15. Shipping is free for orders of A$150 or more.

Most metro deliveries arrive 1–2 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote destinations may take longer. A tracking link is sent when your order leaves us.

Ceramics are packed carefully for transit. If your order arrives damaged, email adam@mere404.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange the remedy required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery estimates are guides and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or incorrect address details. Please check your delivery address before placing an order.
